Back story is I see these kids sitting across the street from my home all the time. I decided I was going to find out what these kids do, I mean most of the time they don't seem to do anything. So, I waited and waited,  out on the stoop, all ready to follow buses, participate in a highly strategic game of cat and mouse on foot, what ever it took. However, things were not to go my way this day, it rained, everyone went inside, Then, it stopped raining, and still, nothing, no one came back out, it has been hours, hopefully another day I can peer deeper into the laves of these youths.
